Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from MistyBlade ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent order, or an item being out of stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

4. Product use and safety

The MistyBlade is a display and cosplay prop, not a weapon. The blade is blunt bamboo-acrylic and isn't made for sparring or hitting people, animals or objects. Fill the mister only with the included mist liquid or a liquid made for the same use, don't spray the mist at anyone's face, and don't use it near smoke detectors or open flames. Charge it with a standard USB-C charger and don't leave it charging unattended. Children under 14 should only use it with adult supervision. Check local rules before carrying it in public or at events.

5. Product information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Glow colors and mist can look slightly different on camera and on different screens, and sizes are approximate.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to MistyBlade or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. MistyBlade is not affiliated with or endorsed by any anime studio or franchise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
